Anadi Yoga offers 200 hour yoga teacher training course curriculum covers an understanding of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, introduction to meditation and its various layers while also sharing their teachings of theory and yoga philosophy from basic to advance levels in reference to various ancient yogic text and scripture.
This course is a stepping stone towards professional yoga teaching and also established a dedicated yogic lifestyle which enables students to create a strong foundation for understanding their own unique attributes as a teacher.
Our 200 Hours Teachers Training course is certified by Yoga Alliance and is affordable residential course and fee include teacher training course, vegetarian meals in a private accommodation with attached bath, yoga mat, course materials and local sightseeing on free days (River rafting in the sacred Ganga River and trekking through the foothills of the Himalayas).
We expect our 200 hours YTTC students to conduct themselves with utmost dignity and humility to exemplify high standards of conduct thereby adhering to the rules and regulations of our school. The strict rules and regulations are mandatory for all enrollments to ensure that the students utilize their time at Anadi most efficiently. Since 200 Hours YTTC course is conducted in short duration of four weeks hence students are advised to expend their energy only in constructive and productive manner during this course to reap maximum benefits.
Our daily schedule will remain the same through the course (except during the weekends), but the focus of practice will be different each week and will escalate during the period of each passing weeks. The first week will be focused on concreting strong foundations and understanding the principles of asana, introduction to Pranayama and its significance in asana. The students will be also given tips for strength building and learning the basic asanas while introduction of Hatha Vs Astanga Vinayasa asana.

In the second week the participant will get introduced with alignment and balancing class, dive deeper into the theoretical concepts of yoga philosophy and human anatomy. The third week will continuity of learning and skilling basic to intermediate level of asana and going forward for more complex asanas including deep backbends and inversions. The fourth and final week will be dedicated and focused to practical assessments and feedback .The fourth week will be more crucial as it will be a time for self assessment and focused on doubt clearing session so the students are prepared ready to conduct meaningful classes based on their personal strengths as teachers.
