500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

This is a master level yoga teaching program conducted at Anadi Yoga centre in a period of eight weeks and deep into the understanding of ancient Hatha yoga as mentioned in traditional books as well the modern Ashtanga Vinyasa flow described by a modern yogi.

This master level short term crash course is ideal for those budding yogis who wants to certified as a professional yoga teacher, covering the yoga training curriculum in one go rather than someone who finishes their 200 hour TTC and then 300 hour TTC in order to obtain 500 Hour Yoga TTC affiliated with Yoga Alliance.

Our 500 hour Yoga training course, is conducted in two levels, the first level of 200 Hours Yoga TTC in first four weeks and second level of 300 Hours Yoga TTC in next four weeks of time, covering the syllabus from beginner to advance level certified yoga training.

Upon completion of this course, one can get registered at the Yoga Alliance directory as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). This eight weeks module is divided in to Yoga Philosophy, Multi-style Yoga asana which include Hatha and Vinyasa flow with balancing and alignments , Pranayama and Yogic breathing techniques ,various Mediation techniques and Kriyas, Yogic anatomy and understanding of physiology , Mantra chanting and finally in to professional teaching methodology which will prepare the aspirants as professional yoga teacher.

OOur daily schedule is well defined and proportionate between Yoga training and Yoga Philosophy starts by early morning cleansing and detoxification, later followed by rigorous training with breaks in between for meals and tea and free time for self-study. Sunday is free time and we keep this day as recreation and leisure as a day outing.

Eight weeks is divided on a research-based study from our enrich faculty with their enormous experience in the field of international teaching and under the guideline of Yoga Alliance.

The schedule for our 500 hour yoga teacher training course is designed to keep in mind that our students deserve to be offered maximum erudition in the limited time that they spend with us. The environment at Anadi is made conducive to focusing on one’s practice and Saadhna while developing a deeper understanding of yoga. One of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is, ‘Citta Vritti Nirodh’, which translates to, ‘cessation of the fluctuations in our mind.’ The repeated and regular yogic cleansing practices (shatkarma), asana practice, meditation and pranayama along with weekly yajna and chanting leads one into exploring a grounded, authentic and liberating experience.

Our endeavor is to help students understand and follow a yogic lifestyle which they can continue to adapt to as they progress in their journey towards becoming teachers and sharing the joy of yoga with the rest of the world. We believe in giving all of our student’s personalized and individual attention. We invest time in observing their strengths and areas of opportunities. We also encourage students to reach out to teachers regarding doubts or additional help required by them. Students are also expected to complete their homework during the time they are free and will be expected to sleep early so they are well rested for their routine.
