Introducing Rishikesh’s first weight loss wellness program inspired by both eastern yogic philosophies and western fitness regimens.

Our unique program is designed by both Yoga Alliance certified teachers and an ACE certified personal trainer. Immerse yourself in the foothills of the Himalayas and experience a new form of fitness aimed to change not only your body but promote mental changes that will stay with you. We believe the foundation for change begins with knowledge. You will participate in daily activities that facilitate change as well as learn why these actions are a necessary part of a well- rounded way of life.
The foundation of a healthier life resides in the core principle i.e. Balance and wellness. Our program does not take extreme measures; there are no restrictive diet plans, no calorie counting or fad diets. We do not believe in punishing exercise regimens that leave the body fatigued and beat.

Every client will participate in exercise classes that are designed to allow for a proper and gradual change in the physical body and educational classes designed to teach every participant why and how these classes are structured and the purpose they serve.
Clients will be provided three nutritious meals a day without the need to count calories. The program introduces healthy alternatives without deprivation. Evening meals will be followed by a leisurely walk to promote digestion. Our program will promote weight loss in a gradual manner that you feeling energized and empowered to continue the journey to wellness on your own volition. We welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds.
