You will participate in daily activities that facilitate change as well as learn why these actions are a necessary part of a well- rounded way of life.

Why Choose Weight Loss Program in Anadi Yoga Centre - Rishikesh
Every client will participate in exercise classes that are designed to allow for a proper and gradual change in the physical body and educational classes designed to teach every participant why and how these classes are structured and the purpose they serve.
Clients will be provided three nutritious meals a day without the need to count calories. The program introduces healthy alternatives without deprivation. Evening meals will be followed by a leisurely walk to promote digestion.
Our program will promote weight loss in a gradual manner that you feeling energized and empowered to continue the journey to wellness on your own volition.
