Introducing Rishikesh’s first weight loss wellness program inspired by both eastern yogic philosophies and western fitness regimens.

Our unique program is designed by both Yoga Alliance certified teachers and an ACE certified personal trainer. Immerse yourself in the foothills of the Himalayas and experience a new form of fitness aimed to change not only your body, but promote mental changes that will stay with you. We believe the foundation for change begins with knowledge. You will participate in daily activities that facilitate change as well as learn why these actions are a necessary part of a well- rounded way of life.

We do not believe in punishing exercise regimens that leave the body fatigued and beat.

Why Choose Weight Loss Program in Anadi Yoga Centre - Rishikesh

Every client will participate in exercise classes that are designed to allow for a proper and gradual change in the physical body and educational classes designed to teach every participant why and how these classes are structured and the purpose they serve.

Clients will be provided three nutritious meals a day without the need to count calories. The program introduces healthy alternatives without deprivation. Evening meals will be followed by a leisurely walk to promote digestion.

Our program will promote weight loss in a gradual manner that you feeling energized and empowered to continue the journey to wellness on your own volition.

7:00 am Morning walk on the beach or a hike with one of our staff.
8:30 am Breakfast start you day off with a balanced breakfast
9:30 am Activity groups may choose from a yoga class, cardio class or core training
11:00 am Education Series learn about nutrition, yoga, fitness anatomy
12:30 pm Lunch Enjoy a well-balanced entrée and free time with fellow staff
01:30 pm Break feel free to use this time to explore your surrounding or rest
02:00 pm Afternoon activity including yoga, cardio, strength or core
