300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India
Anadi Yoga Center conducts 300 hour yoga teacher training courses which is an advance certified professional residential affordable yoga teachers training course. The course is meant for those aspirants who have done the basic certified course of 200 hours from any Registered Yoga School(RYS) affiliated with Yoga Alliance. The course module of this course is a step ahead from the curriculum of what a student learned in their 200 hour Yoga TTC and focused on ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
The total duration of the course is four weeks , dedicated on advance techniques of hatha along with the primary series of ashtanga vinyasa yoga. The training is more about learning the skills of the Ashtanga Vinyasa series from beginner to advanced level with alignment, balancing classes and teaching methodology.
This course is of four weeks duration and is far more in depth than that of the 200 hour Yoga TTC; it is primarily focussed on the more advanced techniques of both Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga from beginner to advanced level. The training is centred on precision based alignment teaching, balancing classes and teaching methodology. Divided into the Ashtanga Vinyasa Series, Multi-Style Yoga Asana, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama techniques, Mediation, Yoga Anatomy and Physiology, Mantra Chanting, this course will equip the student with a high level of proficiency in professional teaching methodology which in turn will significantly enhance teaching skills.
This course has been uniquely designed and created on the basis of logic and decades of research coming from decades of International Teaching experience. Each week of the course has been crafted on the foundation of traditional and authentic Yoga Teachings. Anadi Yoga Centre conducts a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, which is an Advanced Certified Professional Course. It is designed for those who have done the basic certified course of 200 hours from any Registered Yoga School (RYS) accredited with the Yoga Alliance. It is primarily focussed on the more advanced techniques Hatha Yoga and brings in aspects and specialised sequences of Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
This course is an advanced version of the 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training Course providing you with a deeper understanding of Yoga Philosophy as well as Advanced Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Meditations and Yoga Nidras.
The Asana practice in the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is highly focussed on precision-based alignment teaching, balancing classes and advanced teaching methodologies. You will be able to teach advanced poses and sequences not covered in the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training Certification.
The schedule is both rigorous and demanding but your personal practice and theoretical and practical teaching skills will grow significantly. The course will take place at the serene and scenic Anadi Yoga School nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas near the sacred River Ganges. The atmosphere of the School is highly suited to a Yoga lifestyle. You will receive 3 wholesome organic vegetarian meals a day designed on the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga nutrition; should you have any specific dietary needs we are usually able to accommodate these after prior discussion with the appropriate person at Anadi School.
Our RYS 300-hour Advanced Training prepares you to understand the more subtle and detailed practices and purpose of Yoga. This in turn improves your teaching skills beyond what you have learnt in the RYS 200-hour Teachers Training Course.
You will be able to teach all aspects of Yoga with more precision and depth thereby benefitting your students as well as assimilating Yoga more deeply into your lifestyle. As you integrate Yoga as a Lifestyle, the more you will experience it’s benefits and enhance your teaching skills.

Each week of the course has been designed on the foundation of traditional and authentic Yoga Teachings. Taught with precision and dedication as well as strict compliance with the Yoga Alliance Standards, this course is an invaluable experience for those wanting to experience the real depth of Yoga.
Each week will be successively more advanced than the previous week. The first week will be focussed on solidifying the foundations and main principles of Asana Practice. Apart from advance Hatha yoga practice there will be an introduction to some specifics of Ashtanga Vinyasa, its standing sequence and standing vinyasa (jumping back and jumping forward).
The teaching methodology for Yoga will be taught to an advanced level during the entire course. Students will be given ample opportunity to practice and demonstrate their teaching skills under the guidance of our experienced teachers. This will ensure that the student has imbibed the teachings fully and enhance confidence in our students to teach beginner to advanced level Yoga classes with full professionalism and proficiency.
The daily schedule will follow the same rhythm (except at the weekends). However, the focus of practice will be on advanced techniques as well as refining the skills and knowledge acquired during the 200 hours Yoga TTC. The 300 hours course uplifts the student from beginner to advanced level.

Each week will be successively more advanced than the previous week. The first week will be focussed on solidifying the foundations and main principles of Asana Practice. Apart from advance Hatha yoga practice there will be an introduction to some specifics of Ashtanga Vinyasa, its standing sequence and standing vinyasa (jumping back and jumping forward).
In the second week the focus will be on the sitting sequence and sitting vinyasa (jump through and jump back). The third week will primarily revolve around completing the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence whilst the fourth and final week will be dedicated to advanced practice and precision in sequencing.
Apart from Asana practice you will be introduced to Advanced Pranayama methods and their role in advanced Asana practice. Simultaneously, advanced philosophy and the theoretical concepts of human anatomy will be taught to facilitate a better understanding of asana practice and the importance of alignment and precision.
The teaching methodology for Yoga will be taught to an advanced during the entire course. Students will be given ample opportunity to practice and demonstrate their teaching skills under the guidance of our experienced teachers. This will ensure that the student has imbibed the teachings fully and enhance confidence in our students to teach beginner to advanced level Yoga classes with full professionalism and proficiency.
A basic foundation of Yoga at the level of Yoga 200 hours RYT accredited by the Yoga Alliance is necessary as the 300-hour course will build on the teachings of the 200-hour course. Only those who have successfully completed the 200 RYT accredited with the Yoga Alliance will be admitted to the course.
You must be willing to learn and expand on your knowledge and experience and follow the disciplines of the schedule for optimum benefits. An attitude of being open and receptive to the teachings will take you a long way on your Yoga journey.
