Anadi Yoga Center conducts 300 hour yoga teacher training courses which are an advance certified professional residential affordable yoga teachers training course. The course is meant for those aspirants who have done the basic certified course of 200 hours from any Registered Yoga School(RYS) affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Since the eligibility to enroll for this advance course is 200 Hours TTC hence one has to produce the certificate before enrolling for this course.
The course module of this course is a step ahead from the curriculum of what a student learned in their 200 hour Yoga TTC. The total duration of the course is of four weeks including Sunday free time which is mainly for day outing and leisure.
Our 300 Hour Yoga TTC four weeks program is beautifully designed and well constructed in such a manner that each week is dedicated precisely after a research-based program which we are conducting from more than decades from our International teaching experience and as per the guideline of Yoga Alliance.
The four weeks module is divided into Yoga Philosophy, Multi-style Yoga asana, Pranayama, and its various layers, Mediation, Yogic Anatomy and Physiology, Mantra Chanting and finally into professional teaching methodology which will prepare the aspirants as professional.
Our daily schedule will be uniform throughout the session (except during the weekends), but the focus of practice will be on advance techniques , learning and skilling of curriculum what an aspirants has learnt during its 200 hours yoga TTC. In another way it can be also treated as continuing the program from beginner level to advance level yoga training.

Each week will escalate during the period of each passing weeks. The first week will be focused on concreting strong foundations and understanding the principles of asana , apart from Hatha yoga practice there will be introduction of the Ashtanga Vinyasa and the standing sequence and standing vinyasa (jump back and jump forward). In the second week you will be focused on the sitting sequence and the sitting vinyasa (jump through and jump back).The course third week will be mainly for the finishing sequence. Once you move to the fourth week which is final week and will be dedicated to practice and the sequencing.
Apart from Asana practice you will be introduced with advance technique of Pranayama and its various layers and the uses and significance in advance Asana during the course of time. Simultaneously students will skilled them self in to advance philosophy and theoretical concepts of human anatomy to understand the human body and its reciprocation and significance for Yoga Asana. The process of learning and practice with teaching methodology will continue till the third week and in final fourth week there will be session introduction of conducting yoga class with a platform where an aspirants will demonstrate their learning skills with fellow students under the guideline of our Teachers.
